The Main Street Comedy Show is a delightful mix of storytelling and improv comedy that you do not want to miss! Each show features a guest Storyteller who will delight and amuse the audience with anecdotes after which the improvisers will inspire with spontaneous comedy! This Week’s guest is Margarita Pivovarova:
Margarita lives in Tempe and works at Arizona State University where she is doing education policy research and teaching statistics. She has a PhD in economics from the University of Toronto in Canada where she moved from Russia back in 2004. Margarita enjoys Arizona’s hot summers but also collects sweaters. She has a son, a cat, and a rabbit (in order of appearance in her life). Her last name translates from Russian as “beer brewer” and some people think she had chosen her first name because she likes Margaritas.
