This Week’s guest is Gene Ganssle professor at the Sidney Poitier New American Film School.
From a young age, Gene Ganssle has been a creative force, developing characters and producing stories. A graduate of the University of Redlands with a degree in Theater and Communications, Ganssle returned to Arizona, working with numerous theater companies such as Mill Avenue Theatre and Southwest Shakespeare Co.
With over 35 years in the industry, he boasts a rich portfolio, including more than 500 TV and radio commercials, films, and industrial projects. Ganssle has been a member of Actors’ Equity for over 25 years. Currently, he serves as an Associate Teaching Professor at the Sidney Poitier New American Film School at Arizona State University, where he teaches screen acting and video production, while continuing to perform and create in the Valley.
