Enjoy this intensive look at what is considered the first “modern”, non-linear longform improv structure, the Harold. Inspired by organic improvised play and using the three beat structure, folks learn strong scene work, finding patterns (“game”), heightening, building worlds & making connections. This format is incredible practice for comedy writing, performance skills & life awesomeness. With a strong emphasis on ensemble, the Harold demands that you check your ego for success. As a bonus – we’ll throw in a night of Slacker – learning this simple form only utilizing Tag edits to expand, stretch & time jump throughout imaginative realms creating limitless opportunity in your longform storytelling. Get a bonus format that elevates any and all longform performance.
