Looking for comedy shows near you? Look no further! The Main Street Comedy Show, located in Downtown Mesa, is a delightful mix of storytelling and improv comedy that you do not want to miss.
Tonight’s special guest storytellers are TJ and Macee Tillman from Outcast Doughnuts:
Macee grew up in St Louis until she was 16 when her family moved to TJ’s home town, Sierra Vista, in southern Arizona. They both graduated high school there and initially went different directions. White Macee was on a full ride scholarship to U of A, she decided to leave everything behind and move to Alaska for the summer. While she was there she decided to move to Breckenridge, Colorado to learn how to snowboard, which she did after her summer in AK. During that time, TJ was serving as a mormon missionary in New York (Brookly, Queens and Long Island).
When TJ got back from his mission, Macee visited from CO, hung out for a week and decided that they probably wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. So, Macee quit her job in CO, moved to the valley they got married three months later. TJ and Macee have been married for 18 years now and have called Gilbert home for the majority of that time.
They have owned and operated several businesses in the valley including Paradox Escape Room, Level 1 Arcade Bar, and our latest labor of love, Outcast Doughnuts and several more new businesses coming to DT Mesa by the end of the year!
They have three rockstar kids ages 16, 15, 14 and two Australian shepherds.
They both love music (especially live shows), comedy, business and just always shooting to have a fun-ass time in whatever they do.
Friday Nights at 7:30 PM, All Ages
