Priority Talent Agency was founded in 2019 by Ciarra Blackwell. Priority Talent Agency is a SAG-AFTRA franchised, full-service agency with offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Rooted in community and driven by diversity, Priority was born out of Ciarra’s mission to increase representation for people of color both in front of and behind the camera. As an Arizona native working locally in the industry, she recognized a gap—and chose to create the opportunity rather than wait for it.
