High School Improv League Champs Vs. Pros & All Stars

The Tournament Champion team from Basha High School will get to return to National Comedy Theatre and perform in a Friday night comedy show among their professional comedian counterparts on Friday May 24 at 7:30pm. Following that representatives from Basha, Horizon, Agua Fria, Campo Verde, Perry, Centennial and Liberty High Schools will participate in the annual All Star Show at 9:45pm.

Level 1 Improv Comedy Workshop begins June 11

Improv Comedy Class is a fun, unique way to sharpen your wits and your performance skills. In National Comedy Theatre's Level 1 Improv Comedy Class you will learn concepts and techniques that increase your potential on stage, in the class room, the board room, the living room and beyond.
Through interactive, no pressure exercises and games you will learn the techniques used by the professional improvisers and comedians at National Comedy Theatre. Classes are kept small so that you are guaranteed stage time and one-on-one instructor feedback. In this Comedy Class you will not sit back and listen to lectures, you will get on stage, get working and learn how to create comedy.

Through active, fun, no pressure games and exercises kids will learn
the same hilarious improv seen on stage at National Comedy Theatre.
Kids will not only learn comedic and performance skills, but also
build confidence in themselves as they develop team work, trust and
listening skills as well.
Classes are kept small so that each participant is guaranteed stage
time and one-on-one instructor attention. In this Comedy Class kids
will get on stage, get working and learn how to create comedy while
having fun.
Advanced Kids Improv Comedy Camp & Performance
Ages 10-14 $150
June 17- 21 Monday- Friday 12:00- 2:00pm
with performance Friday June 21 at 2:15pm
Kids and teens with a bit of improv experience will sharpen their
comedic and performance skills in a fun, active, no-pressure class.
Our emphaisis is on having fun, team work, listening and making good
choices. Kids will learn the same games and scenes you see on stage at
National Comedy Theatre and cap it off with a performance for friends
and family on the NCT Stage.
$25 discount per student when kids register together!

Audition for the Thursday Night Troupe

The Thursday Night Troupe has a few openings and National Comedy Theatre wants to fill them with YOU (the audience!) The audition process is simple and fun, no experience is required and no preparation is needed. Sign up, show up and be ready to have a good time on stage. Selected audtioners will join our Thursday Night performance Troupe and rehearse weekly.
